Pregnancy / Postnatal
Pilates programming designed specifically for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Focuses on modifications and special exercise requirements of new mothers. Workout will include exercises performed on the reformer, Cadillac chair and barrels, in addition to adapted mat exercises utilizing a variety of smaller equipment including fitness circles, bands, balls, and BOSUs.
Doctors Release Required.
Cardio Circuit
A fast paced workout designed to challenge your cardiovascular system. Move through all apparatuses with intensity of movement, balance, strength, and endurance. Work up a sweat and elevate your heart rate.
Pilates for Golf and Tennis
A challenging workout designed to build core strength and address the specific body mechanics required by serious golf and tennis players. Gain an edge and improve your game.
Rehabilitative
Programming designed to pick up where your physical therapy left off. Incorporates stabilization and ROM exercises to strengthen joints, promote healing in proper alignments and progress client into regular pilates programming. Instructor will communicate directly with Physician and/or physical therapist to ensure the safest and most progressive workout possible.

Pilates for Men
Who says pilates is for girls? Join professional male athletes who have discovered the benefit of adding pilates to their training program. Build real core strength and balance. Gain flexibility and endurance. Programming is adapted to male forms using a stability chair, Cadillac, and reformer exercises including plyometric training, in an intense workout. Sport specific programming available upon request.
Pilates for Athletes
Programming designed specifically for athletes as part of an individualized training program. Available for: Competitive swimmers Cyclists Runners (sprinters and long distance) Weight lifters Team athletics (baseball, basketball, football, volleyball and soccer)
