PILATES PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private Session - Evaluation
This session is highly recommended to better evaluate your needs and assist in building a strong foundation for your workouts. Includes a posture analysis and specified instruction of the STOTT PILATES® five basic principles; breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, shoulder stabilization and mobilization and cervical placement. Having and understanding of these principles in detail will benefit and assist proper stabilization of core muscles of the torso to safely practice pilates exercise; ultimately helping to you achieve desired results.
Private Equipment Sessions
One on one personal training sessions are customized based on individual assessment, incorporating mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel exercises. Private sessions are ideal for individualized programming, to meet optimal performance and personalized goals. Focus is on incorporating pilates principles into a circuit workout to challenge strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
Duration: 55 minutes.
Duet Equipment Sessions
Duet sessions are customized based on individual participants postural and individual assessment, incorporating mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel exercises. Duet sessions are ideal for partners with similar goals, looking to progress together and share the benefits of a private session at a reduced rate per individual.
Duration: 55 minutes.
