Form your own group or request instructor placement in a group and progress through a challenging pilates equipment focused workout. Groups will rotate in a circuit incorporating mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel exercises for a fun strength and flexibility workout. A great addition to private or duet sessions each week, or try two group classes a week to experience ideal benefit.
