| Private Sessions are ideal for building a strong foundation for your workouts. Having a detailed understanding of the STOTT PILATES® five basic principles will provide proper stabilization of core muscles in order to safely practice pilates exercises. 1-on-1 instruction is ideal for achieving optimal results. |

| Duet Equipment Sessions |
| Duet Sessions feature an equipment-based workout, using the STOTT PILATES® V2 Max Plus Reformer, Professional Reformer, Stability Chairs and Cadillac. Sessions are ideal for partners with similar goals, looking to progress together and share the benefits of a private session at a reduced rate per individual. |
| Reformer Classes |
| Using one of the most popular pieces of Pilates equipment, the Reformer uses spring resistance, a moveable carriage and pulley system to increase strength, flexibility and core stability in a workout you will love as much as the results. |

| Please note that there is a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy for all Private, Duet, Reformer Class, and Alternative Class appointments. If you fail to give us 24 hours notice, the full price of your session will be charged. |
| IFP requires a current credit card on file to hold a time slot. Prepayment is mandatory to ensure placement in a chosen time slot. Email reminders will be sent when payment is due. |
